Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and abjili ("abjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the abjili online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at https://abjili.app (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in via the abjili Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the abjili Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of abjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the abjili Platform, you must register a player account through the abjili Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abjili account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify abjili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. abjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

abjili reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

• You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and KYC.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to use your abjili account.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• abjili may close or suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

abjili supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on abjili is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your abjili wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. abjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. abjili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• All funds deposited into your abjili wallet must be your own money from a legitimate source.
• abjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in your name.
• abjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC or fraud investigations.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit may result in immediate account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

abjili may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all abjili promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• abjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the abjili Platform are governed by specific game rules that are accessible within each game or betting section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

abjili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot and virtual table games to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and fair. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each live game interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. abjili will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, abjili will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded.
• abjili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the abjili Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the abjili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the abjili Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any abjili content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

The abjili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of abjili. Unauthorized use of any abjili trademark is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the abjili Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, abjili shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

abjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your abjili wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

abjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the abjili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the abjili Privacy Policy.

abjili is committed to protecting the personal data of all Filipino players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the abjili Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting abjili support. abjili will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent abjili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
